“We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.” ~Robert Fulghum
Items like crayons, glue, pencils, and scissors are some of the most important tools for a child to have when starting their academic journey. We, at CFCHP, believe that every child should have the proper tools available to make learning fun, engaging, and interesting. From backpacks to pencil boxes, supplies are necessary and important.
Fine motor control is strengthened when using scissors or holding a pencil. Crayons allow a child to be creative and learn their colors at the same time. Who knew what “magenta” was before seeing it on their crayon? CFCHP is accepting donations to ensure every child we serve has the right tools in hand. Please consider donating today. *Actual school supplies accepted in-office. Please contact us to make arrangements.
