Welcome to the Central Florida Child Health Program Inc.
Our Mission: To ensure under-served children in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard counties have the opportunity to reach their full potential by providing education, health and social services that are comprehensive, accessible, and family-focused.

Our Story
Central Florida Child Health Program Inc. (CFCHP) was established as a non-profit in 1991 in a response to Florida Legislature recognizing the need to develop a mechanism whereby all Florida citizens could access basic primary health care.
To fill this need for primary care services, CFCHP began a partnership with the Department of Health/Children’s Medical Services (CMS) in 1992, providing comprehensive (Medical Home) primary care services to those in the under-served pediatric population in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties who were experiencing medical, social, and economic issues.
Want to Help? Donate or Volunteer!
CFCHP recognizes the value of volunteering and welcomes your help. We appreciate your donations.
